I spend so much time on Ravelry, you'd think it'd occur to me it has more than one use. I mostly use it to learn new things - tips and techniques - from the forums, and catch up on news. I also use it to log my stash, and document the progress of things I'm working on. Last night I was telling my fellow knitters that I had once had a subscription to a yarny e-newsletter, and had seen an ingenious pattern for a smashing little crochet shopping bag, that tucked into a small circle and was ideal for carrying around in my handbag. Of course, I thought I'd saved the pattern somewhere safe but later couldn't find it.
Guess what? It took me all of 60 seconds to find it on Ravelry. Duh. So here's the link - I know I won't be making it out of Red Heart yarn, and I'll probably have to use a bigger hook, but I'm sure I can find something suitable.

Thank you! I think I will have to make a couple to carry with me for small purchases. And the Luster Sheen is not your normal Red Heart, which I don't mine either, but it is more like a cotton yarn in feel.
It's more the fact that Red Heart isn't easy to get in the UK - nothing against the yarn, but I'm sure I can find something suitable to replace it.
