Yarn counts

This is on an old Inex card that's been on my desk for ages, I think I picked it up at a guild show:

2/30                1 strand    = 1 ply
2/16                1 strand    = 2 ply
2/12                1 strand    = 3 ply
2/24                2 strands   = 3 ply
2/10                1 strand    = fine 4 ply
2/20                2 strands    = fine 4 ply
2/30 or 2/32    3 strands    = 4 ply
2/8                    1 strand    = 4 ply
2/16                2 strands    = 4 ply
2/24                4 strands    = DK
2/12                2 strands    = DK
